Interesting. Scarlet into Touch of Grey, yeah, that could work for me. I wouldn't care for a Scarlet into Bucket. Sometimes they do make odd choices. When they brought back St Stephen, they'd keep seguing it into Throwing Stones, and to me, that doesn't work. Musically, I can see it, but not conceptually.

I blame Bobby for the St. Stephen > T-Stones segues...only he could lead us from archetypical 60s Dead lyrics to 80s Reagan era Deadnomics...same guy who gave us Easy Answers out of the tantric Monk space from 06-02-1995 and cockblocked Jerry's Dew intro to go El Paso out of Dark Star at Veneta...little Rock Star Bobby, how precious...

Aw, don't pick on poor Bobby. The others had to agree, after all.

For instance, I'd like to blame just Healy for those Darth Vader-meets-the-Chipmunks TOOs in the 80s, but the band tolerated it, right? (OK, until they fired him. But he did mess around with the sound, it seems, for a loooong time.) It's fair game to get on Bob's case about choices in individual shows, but they must have had a consensus on St Stephen>Throwing Stones.

FYI, I do like those shows, particularly 10/31, I just find it an odd segue. Just the wrong moods to put together. Sort of gives me mental whiplash.
